Three of SPIE's subsidiaries contributed to this project, each bringing their unique technical and electrical engineering expertise. SPIE helped to create a temporary bus depot with a storage capacity of 110 places, setting up IT links that were 100% interoperable with the systems used at the main depot.
Simultaneously, SPIE’s teams modernised the current housing and storage facilities to accommodate the electric bus charging stations, installing the delivery station and also overhauling the infrastructure security control system. These works were key to bringing the Orléans authorities closer to their goal of offering a modern, reliable and environmentally friendly bus service to their residents.
