Haute-Savoie: SPIE announces its acquisition of Thermat

A comprehensive offering including plumbing, heating, ventilation and electrical installation services is  now available in  the whole department of Haute-Savoie in the new collective housing sector.

Feyzin, 21 December 2015 – The SPIE Group, the independent European leader in multi-technical services in the areas of energy and communications,  announces the acquisition of Thermat by its SPIE Sud-Est regional subsidiary.

Thermat is a French limited liability company located  in Meythet, in the French department of Haute-Savoie . Specialised in heating, plumbing and ventilation, it operates in the  sector of the new collective housing, mainly in that department.

In 2014, Thermat, which employs  14 people, achieved sales revenues amounting to €2.1 million.

After this acquisition, Thermat teams will be attached to the housing division of SPIE Sud-Est’s Espace Lémanique operations department, located  in Pringy, Haute-Savoie.
