Saint-Ouen, 11 March 2025 – SPIE Facilities, a French subsidiary of SPIE, the independent European leader in multi-technical services in the areas of energy and communications, has been awarded the multi-technical maintenance and facility management contract for the So Pop building in Saint-Ouen.

Following a call for tenders, Covivio selected SPIE Facilities to provide the multi-technical maintenance and facility management services for the So Pop building in Saint-Ouen.

The three-year contract not only covers maintenance work on all technical equipment related to (high and low current) electricity and to security systems, such as the fire safety system, but also the management of landscaping and cleaning services.

A dedicated team comprising two technicians and a site manager is mobilised every day of the week to ensure a comprehensive presence.

This new contract builds on the trust that Covivio has already placed in SPIE Facilities, as the subsidiary already provides maintenance services for the Art&Co and Percier buildings in the 12th and 8th arrondissements of Paris. This collaboration also represents a continuation of SPIE's work on the So Pop building, where SPIE Building Solutions has already demonstrated its expertise by carrying out the climate and electrical engineering work. Today, the building welcomes almost 500 SPIE France employees from three subsidiaries (SPIE Building Solutions, SPIE CityNetworks and SPIE Facilities), a testament to the mutual relationship of trust between the two groups.

"We are delighted to be embarking on this new collaboration with Covivio, which reflects the quality of the services we provide in the buildings sector," explains Cyril Pouet, Managing Director of SPIE Facilities. “By ensuring the technical management of the So Pop building in Saint-Ouen, we are taking concrete steps towards improving its energy efficiency and the well-being of all who use it."
