SPIE France: promoting diversity and inclusion at work
As a corporate citizen, SPIE is committed to equal opportunities in terms of employment, the gender mix in its teams, diversity of backgrounds, integration of people with disabilities and a generational balance. This commitment to diversity and inclusion is key to the company’s strategy.
Signing the #StOpE commitment document against everyday sexism in the workplace in early 2024 is just one example. This commitment was a natural step in the company’s approach to workplace inclusion. The #StOpE initiative, created in 2018, is a collective of over 200 organisations from the private, public and academic sectors that have come together to fight everyday sexism in the workplace, encourage action and share best practice in this area.
“At SPIE, our vision is based on a commitment to equal opportunities, diversity and inclusion for all. We firmly believe that these different elements are key to performance and collective intelligence,” adds Sandra Hen Poulain, HR Director at SPIE France. “I am proud to undertake this key mission that guides our corporate strategy, thereby creating a dynamic and welcoming working environment.”
